I bought the CVT Fluid for a 2014 Infiniti QX60 aka Pathfinder. In my case the CVT was slipping bad. When on the interstate going 70 mph it would slip a little; when passing other vehicles it would slip a lot. There was/is a code P17F0 (transmission jutter/shutter) that the deal found when I brought the vehicle in for service. The service department said its ether the valve body or the CVT transmission its self. Between $1,000 for the valve assembly or $2,100 for a new CVT, by the way this is parts not labor. I decided to go with AMSOIL. The jutter/shutter is almost gone. I was only able to drain out 1/3 of the fluid. I have put over 3k miles on the QX60 and have reduced the slippage to about 5-10% of the time with just 1/3 of the fluid replaced. I recommend 100% AMSOIL CVT Fluid.

I use this cvt fluid for my 13 Honda Accord Coupe. All I can say is it Rocks! Buy it, use it, and expect a difference over the OEM fluid. Tranny performs better with no slip. Most CVT's perform ok, but after using the AMSIOL I won't go back to the OEM fluid.

My dealer said I was wasting my money changing my CVT fluid on my 2010 Nissan Sentra as the fluid had long life with 166,000 kms on it, nine years of use. I told them I see a change in the fluid turning brown and gritty. I'm glad I did change it because what a difference, much smoother, no shutter , better response and I'm sure there will be a gas mileage difference. Thank goodness I listened to my son( Amsoil Dealer) not the dealership as I'm sure that it would have lead to a transmission failure in the future.
With my car I use only Amsoil products and should have known it was much better than Nissan NS-2 from the factory . My only regret was I didn't do it sooner.

I used this CVT fluid in a 2015,Nissan Sentra with 60k miles on it. I by dropping about 2.6 quarts at a time measured in a graduated paint bucket I was able to drain out the old fluid and add this CVT fluid till I was able to get 12 quarts into it at 2.6 quarts in each drop. till I had diluted the old fluid with new.
After just the first 2.6 quarts, the shifting had noticeably changed for the better and by the time I was done it was a dramatic improvement. Great product

2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 Sedan. My first 30,000 mile CVT service and the original trans fluid was already brown in color. CVT was acting strange....jerking and slow reaction.
After reading reports about Amsoil CVT
I decided to try it instead of factory Mitsubishi CVT fluid. It took 3.7 quarts for a service. All I can say is wow....anazing! It's like I have a brand new trans. In fact, my CVT works better now than when it had zero miles on it. I am SOLD on this CVT fluid. Absolutely amazing.

Hard to know exactly how this will perform long-term, but since I have 100Ks of miles using all manner of AMSOIL products in cars, motorcycles, ATVs, tractors, and small equipment, I also have no doubt this is a top notch oil and I'll likely never have to replace this oil in my Outback again, well maybe once more with only 100K on the clock. Oddly the 2011s had no recommended drain interval, which is funny since the drain and fill plugs are absolutely easy to get to. Not sure how/why you would never recommend replacing a fluid. Just under 6L is the amount you can replace in an Outback CVT. The peace of mind I get with AMSOIL products and the ability to have extended drain intervals is second to none.

With over 220,000 mi. on the original CVT fluid in our '04 Prius & no recommended change interval from the manufacturer, I thought it might be soon time for a fluid change. I was starting to notice a little slippage now & then. Drained & refilled with Amsoil & the CVT returned to smooth, quiet operation with no slippage. Not surprised, since I'v gotten the best results with all kinds of Amsoil lubricants for over 20 years.

Used this Synthetic CVT Fluid to replace the OEM fluid in a 2016 Honda HRV and it performed better than I expected, compared to the OEM fluid. First, the Amsoil CVT fluid stopped the annoying "whining" and "over-rev'ing" of the CVT transmission. Second, the transmission shifted smoother, eliminating the jerkiness and delay of shifts that were "normal" with the OEM fluid. Third, transmission ran quieter at highway speeds and especially when shifting through gears to pass on the higway. Finally, the Amsoil CVT fluid resulted in gaining 2-3 MPG , during a 6,000 mile road trip, our average MPG went from 27-28 mpg, up to a surprising 30-31 MPG, for the entire trip. That fact alone was worth the switch to me.

At 90'000km's on my Nissan van I changed the original CVT fluid to Amsoil CVT fluid. I also changed the pick-up screen and the little oil filter at the same time. Then over the following year I did two more fluid changes (just pan drain) to increase the % of Amsoil fluid. Now at 118'000 km's the transmission performs perfectly and I hope it will continue so for another 100'000 km's!
